While pictures made this apartment look nice, we were highly disappointed minutes after entering the apartment. We book our stays based on the amenties listed, but found almost all descriptions inaccurate. -Shampoo and shower gel provided? 4 10 ml packets for a 5 day stay for 4 people? -Wifi? Woefully slow connection that didn't extend beyond 3 feet of the router...I had to take a day off of work because I couldn't host any calls or virtual meetings. -TV? Older than our 13 year old daughter. -Dedicated Workspace with Door? If you count the kitchen table that is near the front door...but 5+ feet from router so good luck with wifi. -Coffee Maker? One of those strange pod machienes (not Keurig or Nespresso) with only 2 coffee pods available for the duration of the stay. -Pool/Sauna? While it exists, guests are told to bring their limited supply of bath towels to enjoy the pool and sauna. You have everyone using their bath towels at the pool, how unsanitary! Overall terrible stay.

I didn't know the washer is not in unit. It is a shared facility of monte rosa apartments. The laundry room closes at 10pm. It didn't work very well for us cos we reach the apartment at 8pm. When we went down, the washer was occupied. Some pp left their laundry in the washer and didn't collect. This is pretty inconvenient if you are used to doing laundry everyday.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft! Alles war wie beschrieben, schön eingerichtet und sauber. Besonders gut hat uns die top ausgestattete Küche gefallen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt - sehr zu empfehlen!
