We booked this apartment for one month in January 2024 and had a pleasant stay. The apartment is very big and has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The location is nice, there are shops and restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was easy and fast. He was very helpful and nice to us. We also recommend the massage and hammam service in this building's complex. There is only one thing to consider, the apartment is located from the north side of the building so there is no sun shining inside the apartment during the day, it's very bright though because it is located on the 9th floor. I can imagine it's a big plus during the summer months however in the winter time it makes the apartment a bit chilly and we didn't use the balcony even on sunny days because it was cold in the shade. Overall I do recommend this place.

Ruhi was very helpful and flexible, arranged everything we asked for. The house is big and comfortable, the pool in the garden is amazing. Bear in mind that it is not 15 min walk to the beach, but 30, if you walk with kids:) but the beach is also great and the coast is the best I have seen in Turkey. Account for extra expenses for electricity and water, which is also not cheap, but Ruhi let’s you know about it in advance. Just be aware to not be surprised at the end, as airco uses a lot of electricity :)

Bardzo ładny, nowoczesny apartament. Fajny, spory basen ze zjeżdżalniami. Trochę za mało leżaków . Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry.
