Considering the price and the location, I would recommend the place to young visitors to DC, provided that you use it as a place for a good rest after a day out. The linen and bedding are superb. It is also close to all the bars and bistros on H street, and close to all the major attractions. Concetta is very friendly and responsive. Her guide to visitors is very helpful and informative. She even left us smartcard and visitor parking pass, which we found very useful during our stay as we drove around and used public transportation. There is improvement opportunity in ventilation condition of the apartment. The kitchen is a bit small for making meals. But it isn’t a big problem for us as we only made simple breakfast in the apartment, for which the kitchen is enough.

Great location. Can easily reach the center of DC by Uber or Lyft. Free street parking is also available. Can easily accommodate 2 to 3 persons.
