Additional gathering spaces include an entertainment room, a large rec room with bar and ping pong table, and an indoor pool room overlooking Back Creek and the landscaped private patio.

This was the best place we’ve ever rented! The house was incredible and included everything we would need for a relaxing and fun trip. It was right on the water, had an amazing pool, and was close to many great restaurants! Everything was clean and neat. I would recommend this place to everyone, and would absolutely return in the future!
We came to the house for a birthday celebration. Communication was great with the host and house was easy to access. House was clean and perfect for a group of people. We did bring my mother who is older and the flooring was quite slippery which was a concern. Probably not noticeable to many but for someone with mobility issues furniture slid on floor when trying to get out and rug slid all over in living room. All in all, we did have a nice time and it was perfect for many people.
Ideal location for our family gathering. 7 adults and 6 kids - all enjoyed the pool, ping pong and close access to Annapolis. Grocery stores and shopping very close by. Would happy stay again
Since downsizing last year, we needed a place large enough to host Christmas for 12 family members. Sarah and Jeff were very responsive and their home was perfect! The weather was rainy so the pool was a deal breaker for the 6 grandchildren (and adults). The multiple levels gave everyone plenty of space. Loved this place and would highly recommend it. Did I mention the well stocked kitchen? My family looks forward to coming back and making this a new Christmas tradition.

The Retreat @ Back Creek is located in a quiet neighborhood just 1.5 miles from downtown Eastport and 2 miles from the Annapolis city dock. Our home has a private pier outfitted to accommodate mooring large vessels (up to six-foot depth at the dock). The dock has outlets providing shore power including both one 50-amp Twist Lock Receptacle and an additional 30-amp Twist Lock Receptacle. The neighborhood's small private park provides views and access to Back Creek, and is a nice gathering spot for neighbors and their dogs to meet. Truxton Park, which has both dedicated pickleball and tennis courts, a large outdoor pool and a recreation center, is less than a mile away. Quiet Waters Park with biking and hiking trails, Great Frogs Winery and many highly rated restaurants and pubs are all within a 5-10 minute drive.
The Eastport shopping center is a two-minute drive away and has several restaurants (Sammy's Italian Pizza Kitchen, Eastport Kitchen and Adam's Taphouse and Grille) as well as a Walgreen's and a liquor store. Parking is usually available for many of the downtown Eastport restaurants in either a lot or on the street. The U.S. Naval Academy, which offers both guided and self-guided tours, is three miles from the Retreat;street parking is usually available close to the entrance.
