This home has great pictures and a responsive host. Unfortunately, these are the highlights from my stay. The first warning is the 'No Refunds Cancellation Policy'. Overall, this home has significant wear-and-tear and safety issues, particularly in the kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen - Loose electrical outlet near sink (electrocution hazard) - Kitchen table wobbly and unstable - Faucet neck is loose - No hand soap (only dish) - No kitchen hand towels - Washer and dryer were full at check-in (We emptied and folded despite a $200 cleaning fee) Primary Bath - Glass Shower door is misaligned and contacting with fixed panel (shatter risk) - Damaged tiling - Broken shower head - Shower head valve only outputs scalding hot water - Missing toilet paper holders Several amenities were not available: 1. The pool was dirty at check-in 2. The patio was dirty 3. The laundry (linens and towels) had to be folded before we could use it for our personal items 4. No crib, only a pack and play

This house worked perfectly for me and my family. Plenty of space, very clean and well appointed. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The home matched what was shown online. Well stacked with dishes, paper products, toiletries and linens. Ample space for two small families. Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice. The house is in a great location close to highways, grocery stores and restaurants. Jenny was very responsive to all questions. I would definitely recommend this home!
