A quaint, safe and clean single room (135 X 90) situated in the heart of the Docklands. Only a 5-7 minute walk to Excel London, HM Passport office and 10 min to London City Hall, Cable car. 17 minutes to Tottenham Court road via the Elizabeth line. Ideal for a short business, leisure or just visiting stay. This small room in a residential humble abode makes a perfect peaceful place to just relax after work or exploring the City away from the hustle and bustle of it all 🙏🏼 A 3-bed terrace house located in a very private residential area. We have one small and affordable free room about (135X 90 size) to share. This is perfect for any business, or leisure short stay travellers coming to Excel London, Canary wharf, City Hall, Passport office, Cable Car going to The O2, London City Airport or even Central London and other nearby areas. No bringing of other guests as it is only good for a single person. There will be two toilets that are shared but only one for taking a shower. A desk and an office chair is provided inside the room for a decent working space. Wifi and password will be provided on the app. upon check-in. Please leave your shoes on the door at the entrance to maintain cleanliness and hygiene for everyone’s benefit. Home Slippers will be provided thereupon. We would also appreciate observance of peace and quietness to respect our neighbors and at times we work remotely. Kitchen can be Access only for tea and coffee and is complimentary between 7-10AM. For anything else you need, feel free to let us know and we will try our best to accomodate it for you.

This place is good in location and the rooms are comfortable & clean.
Yan&Dav’s house is placed in quite area with own parking. I’ve had a very short stay due to business trip in local area. The house was clean and easy accesible with a perfect walking distance to Excel London and Elizabeth line tube. Yan & Dav are brilliant in prompt communication.
I needed to find a place to stay for one night in just a few hours. I found Dav's and Yan's room, wrote them a message and immediately got a positive reply, which was absolutely great! They are super fast, easy and friendly to communicate with. Thank you very much again!

Yan/Dav both are very friendly and I didn’t realise I am meeting them first time. They are responsive and understand their customers and try all possible help to make customer feel homely. I would recommend anyone coming for office in central London specifically in Canary Wharf.

An upcoming vibrant and Totally transformed into a contemporary landscape
neighborhood. You can visit exhibitions and other fun activities at the Excel, gaze over the shimmering water of the great, historic dock in the morning in a five minute walk to the DLR station. The City Hall and HM Passport office has been moved here. There are a lot of new restaurants, bars and shops appearing every week and it is fast becoming a bustling young community. Elizabeth line is open and the buzz is growing - it's fantastic.
Hello, lovely guest! We welcome you to our private residence situated in the heart of the Docklands where getting around couldn’t be this simple. We are 5-7 min. walk from Custom House (Excel) Station where you can take the Brand new Elizabeth line to Central London in a jiffy and Heathrow airport in less than an hour as well as the Docklands Light Railway operating all over the Docklands and connecting to different tube stations. We have different bus stops as well for your added convenience.
