Security was an issue. We could not lock the back sliding door, the latch was broken. David offered to send someone to look at it if he could reach him but we were able to secure the door with some tools we had in our car. We didn’t plan to use the back yard but if we had, it would have been a problem. It was covered with bird droppings. May also have a mouse. Something scratched up the extra roll of tp, not us. Mouse droppings under the kitchen sink.

The house was great. Just would have liked to know we needed to supply toilet paper And trash bags.

Nice place, fairly close to the trails, plenty of parking for 2 trucks and trailers. Only negative is trailers do scrub at the start of the drive way.

Very nice place and a great stay. Close to royal blue trail entrance.

David was a great host and so responsive!! The place was so clean and everything was like it pictured!!!
