The only thing is elevator did not work and we had to seniors who really needed it

The house was large and spacious. It needs some TLC especially for the price you pay. It will fit a large group, but if someone is in the home that shares the wall next to you (which isn’t managed by the same company) expect to hear them. There is parking under the property, but it is tight and you need to plan for that since there are only realistically 5 spaces for small vehicles (not large SUV’s or trucks). We enjoyed our time here but if you want to do anything other than the beach you will have to travel a half hour or more. The views are beautiful of the beach and sunrise. Plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy yourself. Or play pool at the pool table and for gamers there are huge tvs with games upstairs. The outdoor pool wasn’t something we used much since it is shared with the neighbors who are complete strangers. The only access to the beach is a walkway that the entire neighborhood uses to access the beach so there isn’t any private walkway like the pictures show.

House is big and has everything you need for a big Family group. We loved that it's Ocean front and could accommodate up to 24 person. The house has a lot of wear and tear damages and stains from leaks on all ceilings that need to be fix ASAP to give it a better presentation. House is outdated and is in need of a face lift on entire house.
