Had a great night!! Just as described. Casey made sure that we knew where everything was and was a great host. Hot tub, lights, karaoke, fire pit everything you’d need! Thanks again to Casey!!

60th Birthday stay. Host was very responsive to are needs, dropped extra heater off soon as we asked. Ask about our plans and offered us another room for our silent disco which was very helpful. House was perfect for what we needed, description matches. Plenty of different sleeping options to make it more private for some of the guests.

Great for a large group of friends. We setup Dj decks and had a party in the garden! Lovely space and welcoming host who lets your get on with it.

We had a fabulous weekend at Casey's place, a much needed break in the peaceful countryside with friends. Casey was responsive, friendly and helpful and there were lots of sleeping options available to us. We had 11 adults, 3 children and a dog, all needing different room configurations and that was no problem at all! We were able to use the 3 bedrooms in the cottage and 3 of the yurts in the courtyard. Lots of options for a firepit, lots of space and nooks and crannies to enjoy and the countryside was beautiful. We enjoyed Lincoln City centre one day and Mablethorpe beach on the other, both within a short driving distance. We had a firepit on all 3 evenings without disturbing anyone with our noisy chatter. The property and grounds are absolutely stunning (with the stonework dating back to 1140!) the house is in the process of being restored and updated, so it is rustic and basic in parts but this is reflected in the price and if you can overlook that, you'll have a fantastic time.
