Apartment is in a great location, walking distance to all you want to see in Cordoba. Was clean but also smelt very strongly of bleach when we first walked in. Soap dispenser in bathroom wasn’t working so we just unscrewed it. Rooms were a good size and decorated well. Great price for a 2 bedroom apartment, very suited to a family. One thing to note there is 2 lifts in the building, first takes you to floor 0. Then a different lift takes you to apartment floor. First lift was not working so we carried the pram up the first stairs. Annoying but needs must.

Fabulous apartment. Roldan downstairs does the moat incredible pastries and other yumminess - breakfast on your doorstep. Victoria Market is just 5 min walk. Mesquite 20 mins walk max Really comfy apartment

Great apartment! Walkable, Taxi are quick. Alot of street noise until at least 4 am. it didn't bother me...I noticed at 7:30 am it was much quieter. it was enjoyable watching the older couples, families walking around! Alot of strollers & dogs. I thought it great. The only issues toilet paper ran out, no hand towel or paper towels, nothing in hand-soap container and/or it wouldn't work. The shower is nice ...but the water ran into the bathroom during the shower. Luckily cleaners were still across hall & came & mopped it up. I think instructions posted in a little stand giving directions to operate coffee machine would be a plus. As i was running late & flooded the countertop with coffee :( Host was very helpful to let me get in asap & drop my luggage! There's a great cafe/bakery next door! BEST PART there was an elevator! I felt safe with the locked iron doors. I'd rent again & with those things handled...A definite 5 stars! The beds & pillows very comfortable!!

Flat was good and we had a plesant stay. Close to shops, cafe and restaurants with a park just across the road. The beds were very comfortable and good heating/air-con however the flat needs a little bit of maintenance, loose hooks and holes in bathroom from screws, shower drain loose. Living room window shutter was not working, Kettle was leaking, a broom handle but no broom head ,so was only able to sweep up with brush and shovel. Also no bread knife or large knife. The flat could be improved with the addition of a washing machine (perhaps beside the fridge?) Also inadequate ventilation in the bathroom. Very steamy and damp after the shower has been used. Be warned that this flat is in a very busy street and as such suffers from noise at night. Specifically shouting and carousing from people outside in the street. Usually quietened down about 1 in the morning but not always. Only really kept me awake on one night which was an Andalusian holiday. 7/10
