Welcome to this Unique and Charming house! Exposed beams and earth tones gives this home a comfortable feel while being centrally located. The Buffalo airport and major highways are literally a few minutes away. This gem is 10 minutes from downtown Buffalo featuring museums, art galleries, amazing restaurants, shopping, the Keybank Center(Buffalo Sabres), Sahlen Field (Buffalo Bisons) and beautiful waterfront. Niagara Falls and Highmark Stadium (home of the Buffalo Bills) are 20 minutes away. A full house at your disposal! 3 bedrooms in total; all upstairs. The first large bedroom is decorated in warm tones, an adjustable queen sized bed and a full walk-in closet. The second bedroom is also large, a queen sized bed, 2 closets and decorated in cool tones. The third bedroom is medium sized, a full/double bed, large closet and furnished with antiques. The bathroom upstairs has a pedestal sink, shower/tub and a washer and dryer behind closed doors that guests are welcomed to use. Downstairs houses a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances. The eat in/dining room is quite large with a crystal chandelier over the table which seats eight. The countertops are concrete with plenty of cabinets. There is both a living room and family room separated by French doors— very inviting, warm and decorated with unique pieces; both rooms features TVs. The downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower with a concrete countertop and vanity. *There is double filtered water that comes out of the tap *

So happy we choose this place. We were in town for a 2 night concert and we would stay there again if ever needed. House was perfect. Clean!! Anything you could need was there. And we loved the decor of the house. Highly recommend it!
Had a wonderful stay at Laura's for the solar eclipse! It was easy to get to and was a short drive to downtown Buffalo. The planes at the airport were a bit noisy sometimes but if you closed the windows if would limit the noise. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were super comfortable! Would highly recommend staying at Laura's!!!
Wonderful place to stay! Clean home and adorable decor. We enjoyed hanging out and it felt very private. While the home is on a main road we did not experience road noise at all. The house was very comfortable for all of us, and met all our needs. Our trip was to visit friends and it was a convenient ride to their home. The hosts were immediately responsive when I thought I did not receive instructions to get in...they were buried in the details of the reservation. I highly recommend this property.
Laura’s home is exquisite! So clean and updated with a ton of personal touches in decor. She was great to work with and accommodating.
Laura's place is exactly as described. It was a bit chilly when we walked into the house since the heat was turned down but once we turned the heat up it was warm and toasty. Do not let the fact that it's on a main Rd or near the airport deter you from renting here. The road isn't that busy and the windows in this house keep all of the noise out. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Our home is truly centrally located! Minutes (right around the corner) from the airport and even closer to the NYS thruway (I 90). Downtown 10 minutes away….easy access to anywhere urban and/or sports oriented. Grand Island and Niagara Falls also 20 min away.
