The Estriade bike path is less than 5 minutes away while the Bromont ski and mountain biking trails are only 10 minutes away. Nevertheless, it is inside that the magic of this residence takes place. Huge windows and local materials will envelop you while opening you up to nature. At Haut-Perché, coffee tastes better at sunrise and wine breathes at sunset!
