The most notable things were: 1. Direct and clear instructions on check-in, check out, access codes to the building and amenities. 2. Inside and outside looked modern and clean. Best looking place on the whole block. 3. Our rental unit had all the utensils, furnishings, and amenities to make us feel at home including BBQ’s, hammocks, beach toys, patio space etc. 4. Responsive service. When our wifi went down communication and proactive action was prompt and effective in fixing the problem. Really professionally run business, friendly people, and impressive facilities. The only downfall was I noticed that the recycling bins were getting really full and were attracting flies. I wasn’t sure who was dumping their stuff there but it wasn’t us nor the other 4 tenants in our building because we are all dragon boat paddlers and really tried hard to treat the property like our home (I hope the landlords don’t hold that against us because we would love to stay again.)

We loved the unit condo, everything is very well decorated and it has an instant feeling of home. Very cozy. This is a shared apartment building, is old so be careful if you have loud neighbors. Bring ear plugs.

Spring break stay for six nights with family of three plus small dog. Apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, well furnished, nice back deck, close to several restaurants, a short drive to several beaches and nice large park for walking our dog. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, and kitchen well stocked with basics. This place was a good value. Would stay here again if any of the units are available.

Great stay at a very nice property - close to the beach. Condo was comfortable and cute with everything you would need. Host was responsive.

Very nice place. Cozy, worked well for our family of 4. Great location , close walk to the beach. Great host, friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again for sure.
