So grateful to these wonderful hosts who allowed us to stay in their beautiful home which felt like it was deep in the West Sussex countryside but just 10 minutes walk from all that Horsham has to offer. We had to book at short notice & extend our stay twice but they were so helpful and accommodating. I have lived in Horsham for years but didn’t even know their place existed. It was a real treat to stay in.

Margaret and Michael are exceptional hosts, they came to our aid at the very last minute and were very kind and helpful. The place is picture perfect country side retreat with very nice walking paths around. Close to the town yet nestled in nature, we enjoyed listening to owls and relaxing by the fire.

Margaret and Michael's house have been our home for the total month of November 2023. Due to our move from Germany to England, we were looking for an accommodation which needed to suit the size of our family of 5 (two adults and three kids from 0 to 5 y.). The house itself and the garden, are in great condition. A lovely old country / cottage house with up to date smart heating system and an amazing nice fire place for cozy evenings. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were all equipped with all amenities you need. We really felt homely right from the beginning of our stay. The house provided enough space for all of us. The best part for us was the area and surroundings of the house and property. Just next to the house are stunning old oak trees in front of fields with Highland cows and sheep. And if you walk up the street you will find yourself in the downtown of Horsham, within 7 min walk! Throughout the communication was always easy and very helpful. We loved it. Thank You! C+D

The day before check-in there was a water malfunction, but the owners went to great lengths to make our stay the best it could be. (Of course, we had a working bathroom and the glitch did not hinder our stay). We were happy to extend our stay for another month. Margaret is a wonderful host! :)

We had a great time and the location is fantastic. Horsham is a nice town and pubs and shops and restaurants are a 10 min walk, train station is walkable, and there's lots of walks out the door.
