Seosamh was super responsive and the place was bigger than we had thought looking at the pictures! Would definitely suite a big family coming together with lots to do just around the house even before venturing off to the nearby surroundings.

We used Seosamh’s place as a base to attend a wedding at Darver Castle and it was perfect, we were blown away driving up to the house! 8 of us stayed and we had plenty of room, everything you need for a long or short stay is provided. The house itself is really lovely, it has so much character and the grounds are also so beautiful. The games room is such a great extra to have, as well! (As well as the gorgeous bathtub!). The photos really don’t do it justice, it’s such a gorgeous building and we felt like we had total privacy.

Great stay at the house. Massive property with extensive outside space. Bedrooms were big and comfortable. It has a tennis court, although in need of repair it was great for a non serious game of tennis. The kitchen was well equipped. Dogs and children really enjoyed themselves. Great escape in this rustic piece of history.

We enjoyed our visit. Kids had great time. Seosamh was there to meet us gave us some places to visit. Our visit was to short would like to come back again

Seosamhs accomodationw was absolutely perfect for our group of 8 for our golf trip, we were given easy directions to follow and was hassle free to find. The house was very tidy and clean when we arrived and the heating was also on which was perfect as it was quite cold outside, there was a great range of things to do while there which included the games room with tennis table bats, darts and snooker cues and balls all there so we could make use of them all, we also played tennis and basketball which tennis rackets and balls and a basket ball were provided, all those small details matter, well to my group and I anyhow, there was full use of a great kitchen which we cooked breakfast in, we were also able to go to a local bar one evening which we could get a taxi from even though its quite rural and get the same taxi home pre paid, the accomodation fitted perfectly with the 2 golf courses we played and I would highly recommend staying here, we will definitely if Seosamh will let us!
