I booked this place mainly on the available pool. I arrive and see posted in the elevator the pool is closed all weekend. Host should have communicated that so I had the option to cancel and book a place with a pool. Gym was a joke. The pictures of this place must be from the initial opening because they dont match what you get. Definitely sleep with the lights on or you will have many cockroaches joining you in bed.

The unit I stayed at was on the 42nd floor. The place was smaller than I expected but it definitely served its purpose. It's an old building but Robinsons is just a walk away. Sir Dennis gave clear instructions to coordinate with his staff (Ralph). Sir Ralph was very accomodating. Overall stay was fine, the unit just needs a little more cleaning and if they can provide basic home necessities, that would be great.

My stay at dennis's place was really good, everything went to smoothly is possible, I literally cannot thank them enough for this stay as it was super close to robinsons mall & the airport was just a small cab fare away the wi-fi is fast & the guards downstairs are friendly, I've stayed in other Airbnb's also located within birch tower in the past but this one represents great value for money & there is an awesome view overlooking Manila city, Salamat Po Dennis.
