Welcome to our newly designed 2 Bedroom suite! This is a private unit with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the ground floor of our home with a separate entrance. The unit is equipped with a Smart TV in each bedroom, Wifi, and Kitchenette. There is a well kept backyard with a patio table, chairs and umbrella to enjoy a relaxing sunny afternoon! In addition, a free parking space is available to the left of the driveway for guests. LOCATION :- Ocean Beach is at 2 miles / 7 mins drive San Francisco Zoo is at 2.2 miles / 10 mins drive Golden Gate Park is at 1.8 miles / 7 mins drive Mission Dolores Park is at 4 miles / 15 mins drive SFO International Airport is at 12.5 miles / 20 mins drive Lake Merced Golf Club is at 3.7 miles / 12 mins drive Balboa Park Station BART is at 5 miles / 14 mins drive BEDS & BATHS :- There are 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a Smart TV and a Queen size bed. KITCHEN :- We have a kitchenette with Refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, water kettle, wine glasses, cups, and dishes. HVAC :- There is central heating available in the unit. No air conditioning. PARKING :- There is 1 driveway parking spot available for guest

l appartement est agréable avec un extérieur pour déjeuner, il est bien agencé pour accueillir les voyageurs en visite de San Francisco. il est impeccable et correspond à nos attentes. il est a une place de parking privative. nous sommes heureux d avoir pu loger dans votre bien.
Great stay at peaceful neighbourhood
Very clean and tidy 2 bedroom with super comfy beds. Nice sheets and comforters. Bright and sunny with good windows and perfect west facing sitting garden. Easy to use small kitchen and cozy clean bathroom with excellent hot water and pressure. Easy walking to public transportation and simple restaurants and coffee shops. Nice park close by.
My parents stayed at Anne’s and really enjoyed the calm, cleanliness and lovely backyard. They also got to meet Anne who was sweet and very easy to communicate with. Everything was great, thank you for having them!

The neighborhood is called the Sunset/Parkside area. It is close to the Bus / L street car on Taraval and the #28 bus on 19th Avenue.
There are restaurants, bakery, Pharmacy (Walgreen), dry leaning/ laundromat within 1-2 blocks from the property. The super market Safeway is about 5 blocks away.
Stern Grove Park is about 2 blocks away. Every summer, there is a music festival where there are free afternoon concerts of symphony, ballet etc.are being held. Close by on Wawona and 19 th Ave is also a public swimming pool.
