I can't rate this place highly enough. The alpacas stole my heart, we even made up names for a couple of them. They are gentle and inquisitive and somehow calming. we feel recharged and rested. thank you to our two delightful hosts

The Hosts Sue & Bernard are very lovely people who went out of their way to accommodate us. The self contained accommodation was very clean and modern and had everything you could need. We appreciated all the breakfast items & coffee pod machine also the wine & cheese board items for our 4pm drinks on the verandah overlooking the valley and baby alpacas. Feeding the alpacas was a highlight as was the ride with Sue on the tractor down to the back paddocks to see the rest of the horses and Alpacas. A great hike of 2.5kms down and up a steep private road we did 3 times in 24hrs to visit the other alpacas and horses on their beautiful, tranquil and quiet country property. Baby and mum Alpacas right outside our door for lots of interaction and feeding. With Nairne only a short 5km drive away with a great Supermarket it’s in a great location at the end of a country road. Pure bliss & very relaxing, we will be back 🤗💗🦙🍷

This stay was better than we could've imagined. Beautiful property, the host's hospitality was so so good. They left us breakfast goodies in the fridge and bottle of wine to share which was so sweet. We were also lucky enough to see some baby alpacas 😍 Would definitely recommend and stay again.

My partner and I both had a great stay experience at the Carlisle Alpaca farm. Sue and Bernard were great hosts, communicated well and ensured we felt right at home throughout. The home and its surrounds are crafted with much care and affinity. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing experience.

My sister and I had the most wonderful relaxing week. Sue and Bernard were so very thoughtful, friendly and helpful. We were so very surprised and grateful for the thoughtfulness of the supplies they left us. All the makings for a cheese board, breakfast cooked and continental, snacks, wine and so much more for our stay. My sister was my carer for the week so Sue and Bernard made sure my sister had her own bed which was such a blessing. We loved how they shared their knowledge, chats and experience of the alpacas, especially coming and taking my very excited sister to watch the birth of one of the newest editions. My sister didn’t miss a opportunity to chat to the Alpacas on her daily walks Loved looking out to the beautiful rose gardens daily. It was also perfect for visiting the nearby towns and taste (& purchase) some tasty treats. We will treasure these memories always. Thank you Sue and Bernard. We could not recommend you and your beautiful property enough.
