Nous avons passé 3 mois dans cet appartement. Très paisible, propre, avec tous les équipements nécessaires à un agréable séjour. Nous avons parfaitement été reçus par Eliza qui s'est occupée à merveille de nous, toujours réactive et attentive. Je conseille fortement !

Appartement agréable au 5eme étage. Propre et bien aménagé, au pied de la station de RER C. Merci à Eliza qui a été très accueillante et réactive.

Marius place is accurately described in the ad, it’s a bright two generous bedroom apartment with a nice large bedroom and a separate kitchen which has all the appliances that you may need during your stay. The place was very clean with extra linen and towels. Communication was excellent and Marius was very understanding of my situation as the reason for my stay was that my son was in a hospital nearby and I needed to stay somewhere close for 2 months. I had no major issues during my stay and the minor issue that I encountered with was quickly resolved. The train station is opposite the apartment and the apartment is only 4 train station away from Eiffel tower and a few bus stops to a shopping centre where you can do your major grocery shopping. The bus stop is right in front of the building. I highly recommend Marius place whether you are visiting Paris for a short period or staying longer.

We stayed in Marius place for full month. The apartament was very comfortable - specious and very well equipped. 2 bedrooms have 2 comfortable double beds. very quiet neighbours. The area is very lovely with lots of cafes and shops and it is literally across the street from train station so easy access to the city etc. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Eliza and Marius for being always so helpful and accommodating.
