Loved the location and one of the best views u could get in brickell! I gotta only say the place needs some work, it is worn out, needs fresh paint, maybe a new blind and touch ups. Overall is pretty clean and i have nothing to say about it. I really appreciate sam’s availability to host me and thank him for the experience!

I DO NOT recommend this Host or Airbnb, he’s very inconsiderate, and unresponsive… he will allow you to rent the unit, once you have checked out he will create false damages to make you pay additional fees. The heat doesn’t work, the refrigerator smells of mold & the shower water smells of mold, there are no batteries in the remotes, the window shades need to be replaced, the washing machine doesn’t complete the cycle all the way through and one of the lamps need a light bulb… the floor needs to be replaced because of cracks, the toilet leaks and the handle is broken, the sink in the bathroom leaks. He also charged $130 early check in fee, but I wasn’t allowed to check in until 2pm, even though I told him my flight would be arriving at 7:30am. First time using a Airbnb & I’ll just stick with the hotels. Less headache & hassle

Sam’s place was nice, great location. Check in was fairly easy. Over all it was a great stay until I was accused of leaving the place horrible when in fact I cleaned up left the trash on the side, yes there was a couple glasses in the sink and pieces of garbage here and there but horrible is an overstatement. What do we pay cleaning fees for and I also tipped the cleaning person on the way out. Other than that everything went fairly well.
