We chose Tim and Katie’s home for our group of 9 (4 adults/5 kids) Spring Break and it did not disappoint. Let’s start with the kitchen that was well equipped with all you needed to make home cooked meals while overlooking the backyard and enjoying surprise deer visits. The bedrooms were set up nicely for the kids with bunks. The location’s great because it’s 30 min - 1.5hr from the main Arizona scenic attractions which is a major plus. Tim and Katie were great at responding my messages. Would definitely stay here again!

Private space. No noise the whole stay. A deer walked right into the yard :) large house so everyone had their own space.

Tim and Katie were very responsive and proactive hosts. Their communication was excellent. The house was absolutely gorgeous and my group had an amazing stay. We loved being being able to play board games all together at the large kitchen table, relaxing on the couch after skiing, and sitting together on the porch to enjoy the beautiful weather. I would highly recommend Tim and Katie's place and we would love to return in the future!
