For a budget stay, this is definitely a steal! Nigel's place is located in a private subdivision near a local mall and 'sari-sari' stores—which is great because everything is accessible. The place looks exactly like the photos. The internet was fast although there are rare times it gets wonky. Only room for improvement would be the kitchen items: the sponge looks very worn out and some of the appliances are quite dirty; though, this can easily be washed. It was hard to contact the caretaker at first during the check-in (probably because of the signal) but host is very responsive and they were able to accommodate us right away despite the hassle. Easy check-out as well. Overall, for the price we paid, this place is convenient and comfortable enough.

My partner's stay at Nigel's residence was satisfactory. We appreciate the availability of parking within a few minutes' walk from Nigel's place. According to my partner, the neighborhood is peaceful and well-maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we extend our gratitude to Nigel Psalm for providing accommodation. The value for money at this place is commendable.

The two weeks I spent here were well worth the money. It was a secure and peaceful location. Note: if you don't have a car, get ready on your feet because the site is uphill. I could conduct meetings, send and upload files, and join my class without interruption since the internet was dependable. Both the caretaker and the host were incredibly accommodating. I am grateful that you allowed me to stay in your house. I'm hoping to be able to stay the next time.
