We just returned from our second stay at the apartment, and it was even better than the first time! The apartment is in a great, low-key residential area within walking distance to everything, including a convenient metro station- a great home away from home! The neighbourhood has so many hidden gems: the bougatsa at Mam is super; try Koperti Wine Bar for a cozy night with some great Greek wines, and check out the Line for a night out. Hungry late? Try Dropolis one night and Best Taste the next - just a few steps from "home." Need a haircut? Get a top-notch cut at the Outsiders Barbershop just around the corner. Great kolouri at the bakery across the street and a few steps away. There's a great grocery store around the corner, too. Aris has consistently been super to deal with: friendly, professional and always responsive. The apartment is simply excellent - good furniture and fixtures, stylish, modern, and comfortable. I can't say enough. Recommended and looking forward to returning!

Had a really nice stay, place is like in the pictures and very clean. Aris was very responsive, and helpful.

This is a great apartment! It is well laid out with excellent quality, recent renovations. Everything was accurately described, and the apartment was well-equipped with most everything you would need. The lighting in the apartment is cool and adds to the stylishness. All three AC units worked perfectly and kept the apartment nice and cool during the summer heat. The gym in the building is an excellent added convenience. We enjoyed the area; it is as described and provided a nice residential feel close to all of Athens' main attractions. The neighbourhood features a lot of shops and restaurants; grocery stores are close by as well. Oh! There's also a Mam outpost right next door, a bonus! (They have the BEST bougatsa, spanakopita and tiropita in all of Athens!) The internet, while not the fastest, was rock solid and reliable. Aris was super in terms of communication and any requests we had. I would definitely book the apartment again on future visits to the Greek captial.
