Was a great stay at this place. We had a job we needed to complete up in Colorado and he made everything so easy for us, even when we needed to extend our stay an extra day! Would recommend this place!

We had 5 people staying and had plenty of space, even room for the mountain bikes. The place was very clean and had comfortable beds. We loved the pool table and appreciated the two computer desks. There's a lovely park and river just across the street and a nice deck for coffee. Jason checked in our first night to make sure everything was okay and see if we needed anything. We were there for the solar eclipse and had a great time.

This place is in a good location in Dolores. But the apartment was very dirty/dusty - I found dust balls on the kitchen counter and lots of dead bugs in the bedroom window frame. There was a lamp in one of the bedrooms missing a lightbulb. Neither of the TVs in both bedrooms were usable.. The kitchen was barely usable - no serving dishes, baking trays or baking dishes, no broiler pan, no real frying pan, no cutting board, no kettle. If you wanted to make anything other than a bowl of cereal you’d struggle. In a town with only a couple of restaurants and ones that close early, you need to be able to cook and this is not the place for that. Several times people knocked on the door to the airbnb wanting to speak with someone from the RV park to access the dump station, but the office was not manned. We had to tell them to call the number on the door next to the entrance to the airbnb. This place is really only good to lay your head if nothing else is available.
