I will say we overall enjoyed our stay. In 8/2023, the temperatures were daily over 100 so that accounts for a few of the concerns. The house to the beach was a longer walk than expected. Due to the steep steps leading down to the beach, it was difficult to bring any of our wagons without help. It was a 2 mile drive in one direction on the main road to beach access and then a 10 mph drive to get in front of the house. So, a 15 minute ride if you plan on bringing large items or driving due to the heat. You also have to buy a beach permit, we were not aware. Complaint: not enough bath towels. You have to bring your own cleaning products, extra toilet paper, trash bags, coffee filters and dish soap. To paraphrase, “We supply enough to get you started” when we complained . Others have provided or over provided these. They did restock with sample sizes and towels soon after we asked. Late check out allowed too late, 2 H prior to check out. So we couldn’t enjoy this offer as compensation.

Overall, this day was amazing. There was plenty of space. The bathrooms were clean my family and I were really able to enjoy ourselves. The only thing we didn’t like for three things, one was the pool was dirty, to not all of the outlets were working, and the fridge did take a little long to cool down but that was the least of our worries because it did end up working and did what we needed it to do. We would definitely look forward to staying there again because of the privacy and the private pool and just the house itself. Definitely accommodated what we needed and what we wanted.
