Kohimarama had a very relaxed and beachy feel to it.
We are only about 50 metres from a top notch cafe / restaurant called the 'Kohi Eatery'. Perfect spot for your morning coffee/breakfast or lunch and a delicious drinks and dinner option.
There is also a great German restaurant across the road called Der Mets.
Mama Rosa pizzeria is just around the corner on Malanesia road for the best pizza and pasta!! There is also a great fish & chip shop too for takeaways on the beach.
Mission Bay had loads of bars and restaurants and a movie cinema only ten minutes walk and St Heliers is the same on the other side so plenty of options close by and all walking distance.
Madills Farm is a great park for walking and is dog friendly. It also has a wonderful playground for kids which is only 5 minutes walk away.
Eastridge up on Kepa road had a New World supermarket, a book shop, great sushi, a pharmacy, a nail studio and a couple of clothes shops which is approx 20minute walk or 5 minute drive.

Easy 10/15 minute walk either side of Kohimarama to either Mission Bay or St Heliers.
Easy to bus or Uber the city along Tamaki Drive which is about 15 minutes away. The bus stops on Malanesia Road just across the road from our Airbnb.
