Decepción. Es un buen apartamento y las instalaciones son muy correctas. Pero no vale lo que cobran. Limpieza deficiente. Sábanas y toallas manchadas. Arena dentro de la cama. Cubiertos sucios. No había paños de cocina. Terraza sucia. Lo peor: no hay aire acondicionado y hacia un calor insoportable. No pudimos dormir ninguna de las dos noche. Sin AA no volveremos

A beautiful villa with a lovely pool, a perfect space for a family of four. The location was great in terms of access to the beach and a short drive to Famara for the local amenities. At night it was so peaceful and great to sit outside and hear the sea! CIH we’re always responsive via messages and very helpful without being intrusive. A great example was one night strong winds brought a lot of sand and dust into the garden and pool - I messaged CIH and they arranged the pool to be cleaned the very same day…super responsive! One small thing was for 12 days one set of towels wasn’t enough, we ended up washing them to ensure we had clean towels, thank goodness that the kitchen had all the essential equipment such as a washing machine! On the whole I thoroughly recommend the villa!

The only bad thing, that is the kitchen not well equipped. No kitchen towel. No capsule coffee machine, no dish washer starter pack. No extra rubbish bag. All the others was perfect! Thanks Mate

The villa is a fantastic location with amazing views & near the beach. The pool is fairly private & a good size, however, it is unfenced in case you have small children. Also it’s not an infinity pool, as the listing says. It’s furnished to a basic standard, this is masked by the close-up photos. Several items missing from advert: no oven, no fire pit, no outdoor shower, no hammock. For a beach villa with pool one would expect beach towels to be inc-we were only provided with 4 old bath towels. The outdoor space is great & the kitchen is equipped with the bare minimum: there's no tea/coffee/salt/pepper but we had all we needed e.g. pots & pans etc. Check-in of 4pm and check-out at 10am was rather limiting. I requested a late check-out from Alejandro which he charged 100euros for-which I thought was excessive considering he didn't have another booking for days. I raised a complaint with Alejandro:the doors do not lock which was unresolved & not compensated. Villa great, host poor.
