The home was clean , comfortable and the photos were accurate. Well stocked with cooking and serving ware. Although we eat out most of our meals except breakfast. Very enjoyable stay. We will be back. Thanks David.

This place is great, nice and quiet, lots of space, and great place to take the family for a vacation. The wildlife was a pleasant surprise. We definitely will come back again! Host is very fast to respond to any questions. No complaints at all. Thanks you and Merry Christmas from the Polonuks!

We stayed at David’s place for a week with the family. He was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had leading up to and during the trip. Location was amazing and had lots to do in both walking and driving distances. The home itself was a perfect fit for us and we even saw manatees in the backyard canal. Overall, a great place to vacation and a beautiful place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Key Colony Beach! We lived being able to go out on our kayaks and paddle boards right from the dock. Wanking distance to the club and sunset park as well as a bar and restaurant at the end of the block. So much to do on the surrounding keys. The house was beautiful and had enough room for everyone to have privacy and the kitchen was great for our Thanksgiving dinner. Wish we could have stayed longer!
