Jeff’s place was just as described and advertised in photos. The location can’t be beat. Literal steps from the beach. Unit supplied with beach chairs, Umbrella and cooler! Jeff was very friendly and checked with us at ending and end of stay. Very easy to get in touch with. Location just far enough away from busiest areas to be low key and relaxing. Bonus-bed super comfy.

Great location, really clean, a few steps from the beach but in a quiet area, and Jeff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We look forward to coming back!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved it. It’s quite literally 100 steps to the beach and broadwalk, which is full of restaurants. The room was perfect for the two of us. It also had two beach chairs and an umbrella which we used almost every day. Jeff was super helpful and easy to get ahold of. We had a great time and hopefully will stay here again!

We loved our stay at Jeff’s place! It was just off the Hollywood Boardwalk which was perfect. No noise or crowds but close to everything. So many restaurants and the band shell had live music each night of our stay. We also took advantage of the rooftop hot tub all to ourselves one night. Jeff was so accommodating and always close by if we needed something! We will definitely be back.
