Roberto was such a sweet host- we had a laugh when he told me he had just finished the work in the apartment that very day. It's a bit of a work in progress, there was some dust, but it's going to be incredible- I loved the stain glass in the door & the views. The refrigerator Robert had ordered for the apartment hadn't arrived due to the holiday, but he was kind enough to let me use a space in his refrigerator in his kitchen. He also was very helpful when I couldn't figure out how to work the new microwave. The neighborhood is wonderful. It's an easy 10 minute walk from the Plaza. It felt great to be "off the tourist-track" and experience a real neighborhood. I discovered a beautiful 1 mile walk around a lake- Lago de Molina Compostela- about a 45 minute walk away from the apartment. Very peaceful.
