Loved our stay in this very new house - such an easy location and only a 5 min walk to the general store and couple of minutes drive to the main beach. The deck is supersized and very comfortable, as were the beds. Suggest bringing your own pillows & doonas as the ones there were quite cheap and flimsy. Otherwise all excellent and a well stocked kitchen for cooking.

I stayed here with four friends for a weekend. The house was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Everything was new and clean, with common areas and an excellent outdoor deck area with sunlight streaming in most of the day. Everything in the house worked well and had all that we needed for a weekend beach getaway including a BBQ, games, a NutriBullet and a massive fridge! The location was close to the main town of Venus Bay and a short walk/ drive from the beach no1. Please note that this property is managed by an agent. Whilst the check in was smooth and communication was prompt, it didn’t feel personalised and a lot of information provided via emails was not relevant to the house. It was mentioned in the listing, however linen is not provided, which is annoying considering the price and cleaning fee ($200!). Furthermore, the doona and pillow quality was poor and there weren’t enough dishwashing tabs and cleaning products to ensure the house was clean at checkout.
