The place was great , super easy to get to from the strip was never late to anything I needed to get to or felt caught up in the Vegas crowds . Only down side was the lack of control of ac in units . Had my son with me and he’d get pretty hot at night best I could do was take his blanket off

This place was great for a short trip! The layout is pretty funky as you can see from the pictures, but it worked great for two people for about a week. It was easy to find and it was nice to have a dedicated parking space. The area is about 10-15 minutes from the Strip, so you definitely need a car or a rideshare to get anywhere (there's not really food options within walking distance either). It's also nice and quiet, which is perfect if you're trying to not be in the center of all the action all the time. For us, it worked perfectly. We only cooked once, and we had enough space to relax after our travels around vegas. The dryer for the laundry is quite small, so just do your drying in small batches. The unit we stayed in did not have control of the AC, but it was set to a good temp anyway so we never had to follow up on it. The hosts were great and very accommodating, so we'd definitely recommend a short stay here and we would absolutely stay again.

After a long week in Vegas this was the perfect retreat to get away and relax away from the loud noise and lights. Would definitely recommend!

This place, with other units on the same property, is a good value for the asked price. No surprises, everything inside is as described and shown on pics: 1 bed in the room that's also laundry/kitchen, 1 bed in the living room. However, it comfortably fits 3 people, not 4 (or young, small kids) PLUS : excellent bedding ; place is quite clean, functional, all appliances work perfectly ; shower is big with good pressure, there was shower gel, shampoo, more towels than needed ; you can cook and dine in, there's a full size new fridge, and the kitchen is equipped. Location is good too : 15 min to the strip, 5 to Town square (wholefoods & restaurants), easy access to multiple highways to hit the road. Parking on site. The host was very responsive and got us what we requested in a very timely manner. MINUS : quite noisy because of the airplanes! Very little natural light because of small windows. Need a better table to dine-in.
