My family and I were extremely impressed with Rossanne’s beach house. Description matched the home well and menu’s were available in the home for the local restaurant down at the beach. Rossanne and team were very accommodating when we requested to check in/out early. The home itself has everything you need while on holiday from extra towels to insect repellent. We also appreciated the aircon in each rooms. Definitely booking again when we visit Samoa. Thank you Rossanne and Team.

This property was all and all good, although we were not impressed with the cleanliness of it initially. They were quick to rectify the problem, which makes them better hosts than many! It does feel a little bit dated, even though it is new-ish. There is a beautiful and quiet beach within walking distance, and the pool area is great! We would (and probably will) rent again.

We've spent a week in this beautiful home, spacious house with everything you need, We found the house very clean and tidy and contained all the amenities that you would possibly need in the time that we were there.We had an amazing time at Rosanne's beautiful home, it was like a home away from home. We will defiantly be back again.

A lovely place to stay, would stay again. House was great for 7 people and the aircon worked a treat. Location was excellent just a pity there was a house being built in front and they were there early in the morning until 10pm. Nice modern house and the pool was lovely. Felt safe with the electric gate and main gate into the grounds. Rossanne was amazing to deal with very responsive and flexible, unfortunately Toe the man dealing with us was not so good he did not reply to phone calls or text messages.

We didn't want to leave. The Maninoa house is fantastic, great location only a short walk to beach. House has everything you need to enjoy a family holiday. Checkin was easy, Toe met us and explained everything, even though we arrived late at night. We really appreciated the welcoming fruit basket/groceries. It is located in a very secure community and everyone was very friendly. With the Samoan heat it was awesome to have air conditioning in all the rooms. The pool and outdoor seating areas were excellent. Would love to come back again.
