Wir wurden von Rico noch persönlich beim Check-in begrüßt, auch ein seltener Fall heutzutage. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll, vollständig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben hier zwar nur ein paar Tage verbracht, aber haben die Zeit genossen. Für einen Besuch in Paderborn genau die richtige Adresse! Wir planen unseren nächsten Aufenthalt auch wieder bei ihm.

The place is in a nice neighborhood. You can easily find supermarket, backery and shopping mall in 5-10 mins walking. The appartment itself is very clean just as showed in the picture. It is well equiped with dish washer, washing machine and conformtable bed! Rico is a perfect landlord. The check-in was extremly easy and convient with his help, though my train was late and he still waited for me. He replies message promptly and it is very easy to communicate with him. In total, this was a wonderful living experience and I highly recommend!

I stayed at Rico's place for about a week. The apartment was very beautiful and modern, exactly as in the photos. It had everything you need for a long term stay and then some more..Actually a lot more..The kitchen was full of snacks, wines, beers and some frozen food.. The bathroom full of shampoos, soaps and cleaning products..You could literally stay there for weeks without the need to buy any supply (except food of course) As of the location it is very close to the university ( 5 min. walk ) and in a walking distance to the city's center ( about 20min walk ). Rico was a great host, he could communicate really well in English and responded to my every message within half an hour. A very friendly guy that will give you advice on the local stores etc..Also I had to change my reservation and Rico was really really helpful with that..He also was kind enough to drive me to my next destination after I checked out..I definitely recommend his place and of course I would stayed there again!
