Completely renovated in 2022 with original modernist 1900s charms, this spacious designer 2BR apartment is a singular experience in the heart of the city and is located in the historic Eixample district near Plaça Catalunya, Sant Antoni, Cuitat Vella, and a short walk to Passeig de Gràcia. With high ceilings and loft-like style, the apartment overlooks one of the most iconic, tree-lined boulevards of Barcelona. Original hydraulic tile floors run throughout and the apartment is bathed in light. Available for responsible families, couples, and business travel, the apartment is on the 3rd floor of a modernist building constructed in 1920. • Each of the 2 spacious bedrooms has a queen bed, desk, closets, full-length mirror, and private balcony with cafe table and chairs. • The loft-like main space includes the living area with sectional couch and 55" HDTV and fully equipped eat-in kitchen with extendable table (seats 6), 3-burner electric stove, oven, and microwave. • The bathroom has a deep tub and a separate shower stall with rain shower. • The apartment has central heat and air conditioning plus a washer/dryer. • The building is equipped with an elevator. • A pack ’n play/travel crib is also available. • High-speed internet included.

Todo muy agradable, la ubicación es perfecta para estar cerca de todos los barrios, es mejor que las fotos , cosa que es raro en barcelona porque la mayoría suele tener buenas fotos pero al final son espacios reducidos. Tiene más de lo necesario para tu estadía, el internet puede mejorar, las camas cómodas con armarios amplios, un baño real para el tamaño original de Europa, piso cómodo y agradable , no es frío pero tiene ac para el calor. Nosotros estuvimos 1 mes y fue excelente, nos sentimos como en casa, claro que volveremos
Where do I even begin?! I stayed in this wonderful apartment for 6 months and I can genuinely say it was one of the the most perfect places I have ever stayed in. From the beautiful architecture (very high ceilings, stunning tiled floors, pretty glass windows) to the lovely balconies surrounded by trees and perfect for watching the world go by, this apartment just ticks all the boxes. It's located in a very safe location, and it is easy walking distance to pretty much anywhere in Barcelona - helped by the fact it is right next to Urgell metro station. The apartment itself has every amenity you might possibly need (Nespresso machine, washer/dryer, excellent selection of cooking implements etc). Noemi was the perfect host - she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was nothing short of the best possible experience, and I am so grateful to her. I really can't recommend this apartment enough - it is truly home from home, allowing you to enjoy the wonderful city of Barcelona.

Overlooking Gran Via, one of the most iconic tree-lined boulevards in Barcelona, the apartment is located in Eixample Esquerra, the district constructed in the 19th and early 20th centuries outside the old city, Ciutat Vella (El Gòtic, El Raval, and El Born) and one of the most elegant neighborhoods of Barcelona. Here you will find the finest restaurants, cafes, and shopping and experience the wonders historic and modern Barcelona has to offer.
Just in front of the apartment, the Urgell metro stop is conveniently located and connects to several lines including to the airport and Sants train station. Useful if you would like to spend a day out of Barcelona in cities such as Castelldefels or Sitges or travel further afield. Countless bus lines are accessible for an easy trip to Montjuic, Barceloneta, and the beach.
Otherwise it’s just a short walk to Plaça Catalunya, Sant Antoni, Passeig de Gràcia (Casa Batlló and Casa Milà/La Pedrera), Las Ramblas, and Ciutat Vella (the old city).
A taxi can be easily hailed in front the apartment.
