Five miles from Conley Bottom. The house features a hot tub with room for up to four people. There is room to park one or more smaller boats (23 ft or less). Two bedrooms, one full-size sleeper sofa, one bathroom with shower only, a large deck, outdoor wood-burning fire pit, and gas grill. Our rental property is one story with an open-concept kitchen and living room, dining nook, two bedrooms with queen beds, and a jack-and-jill style bathroom with shower (no tub). There's a full-size sleeper-sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms and the living room have new LG smart TVs. Access to the bathroom from the living room/kitchen area requires walking through one of the two bedrooms. Seasonal views of Lake Cumberland from the back deck. Internet is via free wifi service, it can be spotty at times. The three new LG TVs have access to over 200 web-based TV channels offering news, sports, music, and entertainment. If you subscribe to any streaming services (i.e. YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Netflix, Paramount, etc) you will be able to access your subscriptions via the LG TVs. There is no cable or satellite TV. When making phone calls, use the wifi phone calling feature on your cell phone. CHILD SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS: The property does not have child-safe outlets or cabinets; the 55" TV in the living room is on a stand and not attached to the wall. Laundry room/bathroom/kitchen have cleaning products stored. The deck railing is not spaced appropriately for small children, there is a short drop-off on one side of the patio with no railing. Please keep an eye on active small children.
