Beautiful suite only 10 minute mostly flat walk to the North Star chairlift and just up the road from Trickle Creek Golf Course. This 1 bedroom basement suite has a private entrance in the back of the house. The large kitchen with granite countertops, in floor heating and lots of big windows make the space a great place to relax after a day on slopes or on the golf course. STRU 2022-106 We live upstairs and your suite is completely separate. It is walk out basement access so you will have to walk up and down a small hill along the side of the house to access the suite at the back of the house. We are next to green space and there is no backyard. There are deer that often walk through the property and are sometimes lounging on the path. There are sometimes bears in the area as well. Please watch for wildlife and be bear aware. There is a large closet in the entrance to store all of your gear. The living room has a pull out couch and there is a Roku for accessing your favourite streaming apps. We have some items for a baby available like a play pen, change table, toys and outlet covers, but they are not usually in the suite. Just let us know what you need!
