We had a very good stay in this apartment. This one is quite well equipped, very quiet and comfortable and well located with a walk around the canal nearby. Terry is always very friendly and responsive. If there was a problem, we could contact him and get a quick response. A good address to keep when visiting Coventry.

Terry's place was ideal for a stay in Coventry, well located, clean and well equipped. Good spacious rooms and everything needed for a comfortable few days.

this was a good apartment for a bigger group. Good location little disappointed with the hidden costs with a 3rd party insurer for non refundable deposit that wasn't clear on air b and b. overall good stay

The booking and communication was stress free and seamless. Terry was quick to respond to any questions and instructions to access the property was very clear. The property was exactly as listed. Minor criticisms; mould in the bathroom, dusty extractor fan in the bathroom and oven was difficult to operate (perhaps some instructions on all the different functions for the next thickos that can't work it out!) The fridge wasn't working properly and we found some curdled milk on one of the days but nothing else was spoiled really. Had we needed something from Terry to sort this, I'm sure he would have responded instantly. The rooms were clean and comfy and the the property served as an excellent home for the week while we visited Coventry. All other mod-cons were easy to use and we had a great time, spending equal time out and we were also comfortable enough to spend time in the property hanging out too. Excellent experience & we would definitely recommend and book again! Thanks Terry!
