Jaylin was very helpful and I will definitely stay here again. The place is clean and free of clutter. During my stay, it was raining terrible and some water got inside while the door was closed and locked. Nothing major. I would recommend to provide a mop or something for the future. I know I forgot to mention this during my stay but I was just busy with work.

A huge thanks to Jaylin for a great stay! She was an excellent host - very responsive from beginning to end (I had a lot of questions and she answered them all quickly and in a friendly manner). The space was great - easy to find, parking right in front, and it was cozy, clean, and cute as advertised. I felt right at home and appreciated that the space was quiet and private. There's AC and ceiling fans, which come in handy in Florida (luckily the weather was cool so I didn't need the AC). Thanks to Jaylin for everything, and I'd be happy to stay at her place again next time I'm in the area!

I stayed in this lovely flat for two weeks. Jaylin and Rafael were gracious hosts and provided me with anything that I needed. I felt safe on my own and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. There is a 58” smart tv with Roku and plenty of streaming apps available. The water pressure is awesome and I enjoyed the large “rain” shower head! The entire two weeks I didn’t see a single Florida pest in the apartment which is pretty amazing (I grew up here). I loved the private entrance and relaxing in the garden area. The patio and garden area are completely private and well lit at night. I enjoyed getting to know the hosts and their beautiful family and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! You won’t find another place to stay in this area as (1) conveniently located to beaches and shopping, (2) clean, (3) private and well lit at night 4) quiet, (5) affordable, and (5) charming!

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The pictures don't show it well but there is a large TV in the bedroom with lots of streaming options. Although the kitchen does not have a stove/oven, it does have a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, and a sink. There are lots of eating options within a short drive. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area that felt safe for walking. This is not a luxury Airbnb. It's an inexpensive, comfortable place to stay while you explore the area.
