Just as nice as the first stay we had here a year ago. Hoping we can do it agson next year! It was nice to meet the host. Very nice gentleman

This is a GREAT house at a great value. I definitely recommend it. It was spacious and clean. The only problems we had were that the refrigerator didn't keep food cool enough and the freezer didn't freeze anything. We realize that the original stove was replaced by an ugly one, but it worked okay. The hot tub in the master bedroom didn't fill any higher than my ankles; I was disappointed because I had wanted to try the jets. In the master bedroom, I sat on the carpeting, which felt sticky...probably because it's old and needs to be replaced. The duplex is located down a side street, but it's easily accessible to main drags. Manuel was upbeat and responsive -- a great host. I would have given this a 5-star rating except for the few problems I mentioned.

We loved Manuel's place. We are moving to Tally from SWFL in April or May, so it was nice to come up and get a taste of our soon-to-be home. The location right off of Apalachee was convenient to reach the rest of Tallahassee and many great restaurants, etc. Highly recommended!
