Enjoy the loaded kitchen and huge, 8 foot deep pool which can be heated for an additional fee ($100 minimum charge, $50/Day). Don’t forget to relax during your stay in our amazing hammocks. Located 25 minutes from the Riverwalk, 15 minutes to Six Flags and Sea World. No parties outside of guests listed on the reservation. Living Room Comfy sectional sofa with blazing fast internet, throw pillows, and blankets - this room is the true heart of the home. Enjoy cozy movie nights with our complimentary microwave popcorn and smart 65" tv with your favorite streaming services available. Kitchen & Dining Our large table easily seats 11 with the 6 included chairs (along with 4 folding chairs and a highchair available in the entry closet) and overlooks the beautiful blue pool and backyard patio. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to create large family meals or enjoy take out from one of the surrounding restaurants. We've even included 2 super fun mini waffle irons that will make waffles in the shape of TX! Rec Room The cozy rec room offers seating for 4 adults or multiple children and has several games and a TV available for extra fun. Use the handmade barn door to close the room off and keep the noise to a dull roar. The available inflatable twin mattress can turn the rec room into an additional bedroom - closes off completely for privacy. Bedrooms & Bathrooms Awake refreshed after sleeping in our 4 bedrooms with 2 king suites, a queen room, and a kid's room with twin bed and a set of twin bunkbeds. The downstairs master suite has a huge walk in shower while the upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo and an adjoining bathroom with sink and toilet. There is a downstairs bathroom available off the pool/laundry room for easy access from the pool and living area. All rooms have hotel quality linens, fluffy white towels, and handcrafted complimentary shampoo, body wash, and lotion in a variety of unique scents. Casper memory foam mattresses on the larger 3 beds for the best night's sleep possible. Pool & Patio Our huge 8 foot deep sparkling pool (can be heated for an extra fee - $100 minimum charge, $50/day or $250/week) has plenty of room for everyone and is a great place to spend a hot afternoon or evening. We have floaties available and our patio is complete with an outdoor sofa, 2 arm chairs, two hammocks and 4 lay flat loungers. Soak up the sun, enjoy a quiet night under the stars and the covered patio with hanging patio lights, or play games in the large yard. Laundry Room This gorgeous, shiplapped room (with a door out to the pool/backyard area) offers hooks for hanging up wet pool towels and swim attire, open shelving with plenty of pool towels, and a top-load agitator-less washer with a large dryer capable of handling big loads of laundry. The bathroom sits right outside this room allowing for easy access from the pool area.
