Yvonne, was a wonderful host, very friendly and welcoming. My stay was exceptional, the room was tidy and well kept, very comfortable and spacious. The location was a walkable distance to and from the train station and bus stop. Very accessible with food shops close by.

Yvonne is a fabulous host who goes out of her way to make your stay that bit more enjoyable than you could anticipate.The phrase "goes the extra mile " definitely applies to her!Her home has got that lived in feeling and that just helps to make you feel exactly that,"at home." My lass and I stayed just the one night in order to attend a concert at Villa Park.Hamstead train station is a short walk from the house with direct services to the town centre.The next day,we travelled into Birmingham and travelled into town by bus which stops approx.5 minutes easy walk from Yvonne's. I will sum up by simply saying Yvonne is brilliant,house is brilliant,bed was better than comfortable and hope we can stay again.

Yvonne was welcoming and responsive throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything you needed. Yvonne was flexible and helpful with check in and check out times. The provided breakfast was an added bonus! Thanks for a great stay!
