We had a pleasant, laid back stay. Great size for mom, dad, teenager and our two dogs. We appreciated the little fenced in area for our dogs and a super easy checkout at noon (they took care of everything!). We loved enjoying coffee on the front porch. Communication was proactive, clear, and pleasant.

We only needed a quick stopover for one night with our pups, a place to rest our heads after a long day on the road. Kyle’s place fit the bill. Simple, uncomplicated accommodations, very clean, with a yard for the dogs, a safe neighborhood for walking them, a comfy bed, and coffee in the morning before heading out for another 6 hr drive. If you’re looking for a “Better Homes and Gardens” airbnb experience, Kyle’s place doesn’t go that far. It’s just an honest, comfortable stay for a great price and it’s way better than a hotel. It’s uncluttered and simply decorated with comfort in mind. His was our 17th Airbnb since Feb 1st. Hands down the most comfy sofas for lounging and the absolute most comfortable bed and linens to date! Kyle is also a very kind host and was very communicative. We recommend his place for anyone not looking for unnecessary frills, and just looking for the simple comforts of home.

Kyle's bungalow was a simple, easy place to stay for a midweek getaway. It's an older home with a lot of charm and character, and uncomplicated. It's walkable to the nice restaurants and bars in Iowa City, in a residential neighborhood. I'd love to come back in the summer and use the firepit.

This was a great space to share with multiple people. It had a kitchen, front porch, and small backyard. He had baby supplies for those who’d need it. I had a great stay!
