Erica was super easy to work with and always answered promptly. The house is within minutes of the boat ramps which is what we stayed there for. There was plenty of space for all of us and would 100% stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, easy to find, clean upon arrival, and plenty of room for numerous people. Only thing is limited parking, but wouldn’t keep me from booking again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Erica's place. We were in town to celebrate our family Christmas and the location was close to my daughter's house so it worked out well. Three families stayed at Erica's place and it was spacious enough for all of us and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Erica’s place is fantastic! Very clean and very well kept! A perfect place for families, hunters, fisherman, or whatever occasion brings you to Chamberlain. I Highly recommend staying here and would absolutely do so again in the future!

The house was perfect for a hunting trip. It was located close to downtown area with several resturants choices.
