Darrell was a very nice host. Clear instructions for check in. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. Would definitely stay again!

The place was okay, well located to our necessities. Not a lot of things nearby, though. Communication was not good. I had to ask for the right address since the one on Airbnb was not accurate. I understand it was for security reasons, however, the guest wouldn't need to ask. The check-in process was confusing as Darrell sent a code that he said he'd changed after an hour and that he'd send the new one upon my arrival. However, when he sent the 'new' code, it was the same as the first one. So, not very trustworthy communication. However, he replied fairly quickly. No house instructions whatsoever, such as the Wi-Fi password, how to control the heating, or how to close the door with the padlock. The apartment is in the basement of a bigger property, which means you can hear everything happening up there. Very noisy from 6 am, which is not great when you are on holiday. Check-out time on the website is 11 am but last-minute I was asked to leave at 10 am.
