Daniel's place is in an excellent location, walking distance to my favorite street in Cincinnati. It is tasifully decorated, with four bedrooms, a big kitchen, living room and patio. It was verg clean and fully stocked. Daniel has been quite helpful and responsive. Thank you, Daniel, you made our week in Cincinnati a memorable one.

Daniel’s home is beautiful and comfortable in a fantastic neighborhood. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed, dining table was a nice space to gather. Daniel was immediately responsive when we needed something—that’s the sign of a great host! The neighborhood feels safe and is lovely for walking. Note: 1. not Daniel’s fault —just the nature of the systems but the AC is cool on first floor and doesn’t work as efficiently on second and third floors, BUT he has plenty of fans available. We will definitely book again. 2. Rain was coming through the roof dripping down into the third and then second floor rear bedrooms. If you’re booking soon and wanting to use those rooms, you may want to confirm that has been repaired; I’m sure Daniel will immediately address it.

The place really couldn’t have been better. Very clean with nice touches like easily accessible chargers by the beds and kitchen dishes and utensils of good quality. Very responsive to our questions and was proactive in getting us information. The area is wonderful, felt safe, and was a very short drive to everything Cincinnati has to offer. Several local restaurants and bars within walking distance. Street parking was a little crowded but not overly so and we never had to walk more than a block. Great sidewalks that were easy to navigate with 4 small kids. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The accommodations were great, with lots of attention to detail. It had a well stocked kitchen and comfortable surroundings. Daniel was a very attentive host. The only caveat is there is a small Airbnb in the basement. It had a separate entrance, but the sound proofing between the floors is minimal.
