Hey folks, this is a very spacious and well lit one room available in punawale. Apartment is in gated society with all amenities like Pool, Gym, Terrace etc. All necessities are available nearby. Place is very close to Hinjewadi, Wakad & Baner. Room is tastefully designed to make it comfortable and peaceful. PS- This is a co-living space, it's a 2BHK & only one room is available with all other facilities in the apartment. A very sweet owner will be living in other room. Its a 2BHK appartment on 11nth floor in a gated society with security. It has two bedrooms. The bedroom for airbnb guests has attached washroom and balcony. Both bedrooms are on two end of hall which maintains privacy. You can find all kind of shops just after stepping out from society.
