We enjoyed our stay at Alie's cottage. It is beautifully decorated and has a lovely view from all windows. It also has all amenities anyone would need. Note it is located in an inlet so you don't look out straight to clear ocean view, there is an island across the way (still very beautiful but something I didn't realize until we arrived). We appreciate Alie's responsiveness and would definitely return.

Highly recommend a stay at Alie’s place if planning a trip to the island. The ambience (with the fire pit and view of the water ) was amazing. Alie provided some great recommendations for watching the sunset which we took advantage of (the sun sets on the other side of the island, but this location offers a great view of the sunrise). The home was brand new and sparkling clean and I definitely will be returning to Alie’s place in the future. If I had to make a suggestion - I booked a dog friendly cabin and it was advertised that dog bowls/bed/local treats would be provided. The dog items were no where to be found which was disappointing as our pup wasn’t allowed on the furniture as per house rules.

We stayed in the Moody Ocean for a couple of nights on our honeymoon. It was so cozy, and peaceful! The beds are super comfortable! It was the perfect spot to just relax while you soak in the ocean, and maybe a stunning sunrise! ! There wasn’t anything missed for comforts! The hottub is the perfect addition to the cottage, it’s the perfect size for a couple! We will be back!
