What a wonderful, comfortable place, right next to the river. The kitchen is well-equipped, plus the hosts left a variety of snacks to enjoy. I used their beautiful patio everyday for my morning coffee. It gets plenty of sunshine throughout the day. Maria Esther and Jose Angel were always responsive and very generous of their time. They made my stay in Orizaba extra memorable. Can’t wait to come back.

Quisiera expresar mi más franca gratitud a unas bellísimas personas como los son Maria Esther y José Ángel, que tienen una casa impresionantemente hermosa, está completamente equipada con absolutamente todo lo que puedes necesitar, todo es muy cómodo, el sonido del río muy tranquilizador, el poder escuchar jaguares a pocos metros es mágico y tienen una terraza que te enamora. No puedo creer que existan personas que tengan una vibra tan cálida, bella y gentil. Son anfitriones completamente comprometidos con dar una experiencia de primer nivel. Doy gracias a Dios por haber conocido personas tan extraordinarias que de verdad te iluminan la vida con su bienvenida y su preciosa estancia. Infinitas gracias.

The nicest, accommodating hosts. My bus was delayed and I arrived late at night, so José picked me up at the bus station and gave me an introductory tour of the city. The house is cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped so I've made my breakfasts at home, and there are lots of good restaurant options nearby. I love staying in this little house above the river walk. There is a nice patio with climbing roses and a table and chairs. The sound of the river is lovely, and there is a zoo spread out along the banks so I can hear the Jaguars calling to each other, so mysterious. Orizaba is a very nice city and I have only seen two other foreign tourists the whole time I've been here. There is a lot to do and I love walking along the river. Thank you Maria Esther and José for providing such a great place to stay.

I had such a lovely time at Maria Esther and Jose Angel’s home! The house is as described and really enjoyable. The patio over the river is a great place to enjoy the perfect weather in Orizaba. The bed is comfortable and it’s a quiet area and I slept very well. The kitchen is nicely equipped, and they left great snacks and coffee to enjoy! :) along with plenty of water. They also offer considerate details like umbrellas, a great handbook with recommendations and toiletries. The location of the home is perfect as you can walk everywhere and really enjoy this beautiful town. They were very welcoming to my dog as well and he enjoyed the patio a lot too! Maria Esther and Jose Angel were two of the kindest people I have ever met. They really know how to make you feel welcome in their home and their town. Their recommendations are wonderful and their kindness over flows. I hope to return this year to this incredible area and to their home. I really loved it a lot!
