Amazing home!! Lisa and everyone with whom we interacted was amazing. I highly recommend this great, warm and peaceful home. It had everything to make a wonderful vacation.

Sehr großes Anwesen mit großem aber sehr altem Herrenhaus. Dieses wurde liebevoll instandgesetzt und funktionell ausgestattet, die Spuren und der Charme des Alters sind aber überall sichtbar. Da die Lage sehr abgeschieden ist, sollte man auf alle Fälle eine funtionierende mobile Kommunikationsmöglichkeit dabei haben. Die Gastgeberin reagierte zur Problembehebung direkt und regelte Unstimmigkeiten sehr entgegenkommend.

A relaxing and quiet week was enjoyed with the family over the Christmas week. The pool was a win during the hot days and we lazed, swam and cycled. Lovely gravel cycling routes in the area. Highly recommended.

Beautifully restored Victorian farmhouse, plenty of space, well equipped kitchen which also becomes the living space, lots of enticing secret spaces in the garden to enjoy the many moods of each day. Would love to return in summer to make use of the pool in its stunning location. Nice touches like hot water bottles for each bed, helpful staff in attendance when needed. We really appreciated the fact that we could take our furry friends along.
